Exhibit Space Rental:
Date: October 17 & October 18, 2017
Booth Space Contract/Application Terms and Agreements
The exhibit space rental charge is $20.00 per square foot. There is a $150 charge for each exposed corner. A $500 per 100 square foot deposit (U.S. Funds) of total space rented must be enclosed with this contract/application.
Exhibit Participation Agreement:
We understand that, ONLY upon approval by the Michigan Restaurant Association, this serves as a binding agreement between our company and the Michigan Restaurant Association. We agree to submit payment in the amount of the total fees. We understand that failure to submit full payment will result in cancellation of our exhibit space.
Resale of booths pace must be approved by the Michigan Restaurant Association in advance.
Relocation of Exhibit Space:
The MRA reserves the right to alter locations of exhibitors or of booths as shown on the official floor plan at its sole discretion, if deemed advisable in the best interest of the Show.
Booths may be cancelled without penalty until April 15, 2017. Booths cancelled between April 15 and July 15, will receive a 50 percent refund. Booths cancelled after July 15, 2017 are non-refundable.
